Life is a mess and none of us exactly knows what we are doing with our lives. Life is hard and sometimes gets harder, but that doesn’t mean it won’t get better.  If you pause to check in to compare past patterns and notice new changes you will begin to notice the good experiences.  If you start to notice the good times as they happen you will see that you may actually be doing better.  Sometimes seeing the bad things becomes the only thing we recognize and we miss out on the good things.
